Carter Todd, MS, MBA, RN, CCRN

President

Carter is a Nurse Leader with Kaiser Roseville Medical Center, and Fellow of the Inagural Advocacy Institute of American Nursing Association, California. His route into the nursing profession has taken him through all levels of the California education system. After completing college athletics, Todd obtained an AA degree at the Junior College level in Merced, CA, then transferred to Sacramento State University where he was a first-generation college graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Health & Safety. He is a graduate of the Betty Irene Moore School of Nursing's Master of Science in Healthcare Leadership and Nursing at UC Davis where he founded and grew the Capitol City Black Nurses Association (CCBNA). The Sacramento Business Journal and the National Black Nurses Association have both recognized him as a 40 Under 40 Award Honoree.
